We hand craft all our products in-house ready to be dispatched within 3-5 working days. We use Sendle as our primary shipping company of choice. If you prefer another shipping company, we are happy to accommodate but you will be required to pay any additional shipping fees.
For all human apparel, orders are shipped directly from our supplier in QLD using Australia Post. If you purchase both human apparel and pet accessories in the same order, your parcels will be shipped separately with pet accessories being shipped out from Sydney using Sendle.
Refunds & Exchanges
Please choose carefully as we don't accept refunds due to the bespoke nature of our items unless there is a product fault. This includes human apparel which is printed on demand, specifically for you.
To prevent the purchase of wrong sizes, please refer to all our sizing charts and sizing pages or contact us if you have any questions. For harnesses we also offer the option to purchase a piece of fabric to help determine which size you will require - we charge $3 to cover shipping costs.
