We hand craft all our products in-house ready to be dispatched within 3-5 working days. We use Sendle as our primary shipping company of choice. If you prefer another shipping company, we are happy to accommodate but you will be required to pay any additional shipping fees.

For all human apparel, orders are shipped directly from our supplier in QLD using Australia Post. If you purchase both human apparel and pet accessories in the same order, your parcels will be shipped separately with pet accessories being shipped out from Sydney using Sendle. 


Refunds & Exchanges
Being a small, family run business can be a tough gig! We pour our heart and soul into hand making every single item you order just for you and therefore, we don't accept any refunds on any purchases made by you. This includes any purchases of human or pet products that do not fit properly or are the incorrect size.

Our harnesses take between 2-3 hours to make and are high difficultly sewing/ procedure level. So we definitely don't want you to be disappointed with your purchase, and we definitely don't want your purchase to sit in a draw never to see the light of day! To help you make the right choice in sizing, we have sizing guides on all of our product pages, we have a page dedicated to all product sizing, a page dedicated purely to cat sizing, we can even send you a piece of material that you can use to check the sizing before you buy. If you are still unsure, you can contact us through the website, on Facebook or on Instagram for help and advice on how to choose the correct size.

If you have made a genuine mistake with your ordering and you notify us immediately, we will happily refund you your money provided we have not started production of your item/s.

Special Exceptions/ Harness Modifications
In rare circumstances upon discussion with us, and depending on feasibility, we may alter your harness purchase for you so that it fits your fur-child better. In both circumstances, you will be responsible for paying the postage costs to send your product back to us and for us to send your purchase back to you. We may also ask you to pay a fee for any extra use of materials and time taken to modify your product.


Faulty Items
If you receive your item and there is a product fault or defect, please notify us immediately and we will either fix or replace your item for you. 

Please note, our harnesses are not suitable for large, pulling dogs. Our items are made of high quality, durable fabric and are reinforced with strong webbing however, larger dogs that pull against their lead are not suitable candidates for our products. Please consider this before purchasing as we do not regard this as a product fault if your harness breaks within a short period of time.
